Tom is a partner with 40 years of public accounting experience. His areas of expertise include corporate, partnership and individual taxation with an emphasis on financial and tax planning. In addition, he has structured and negotiated numerous merger, acquisition and succession transactions. Tom's clients include organizations in the real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and professional services industries.

Tom has a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University. He is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He is also actively involved in various community organizations.
